A year in the making, Quarter Past One focuses on a particular street corner of the Melbourne CBD. Something strange is going on at this corner and perhaps there's more than meets the eye. With a book published by Diane Inc, and with an exhibition supported by the City of Melbourne arts grant, this project hones in on a particular mirror, exposing the action, excitement and mundanity that occurs at approximately a quarter past one.
