After losing his job and girlfriend, a man becomes a member of a religious sect, which he soon discovers is a scam. Before he knows it, however, he is the cult's leader. Takeshi Kitano is a world renowned modern day renaissance man whose accomplishments include filmmaking, writing, art and comedy. He is a master in the hard-boiled Japanese gangster movie genre with a fan base which includes the likes of Quentin Tarantino.
