Let's Go Outside
Perfect for small hands, this mini-hardback book is a gentle introduction to learning words from the garden.
Katja Spitzer's vibrantly quirky illustrations encourage early learning and make this book a joy to own and read for any young child.
Katja Spitzer was born 1979 in a small town in Eastern Germany. Having completed an undergraduate degree in art history and history, Katja moved on to study illustration and graphic design in the Academy of Visual Arts in Leipzig. "The layout is pleasingly consistent [...] there are other pages that add whimsical fun. Several of the illustrations create opportunities for the youngest children to learn new vocabulary. With its combination of miscellaneous sight words, concept groupings, and attractive pictures, this is a useful book for reading readiness."—"Kirkus Reviews"
