This issue looks at the challenge of designing funerary architecture in “Landscapes for Death and Living”, with recent projects such as Chia Ching Mausoleum by Álvaro Siza and Carlos Castanheira, Hill of the Buddha by Tadao Ando, Inagawa Cemetery Chapel and Visitor Centre by David Chipperfield, and Crematorium Siesegem by KAAN Architecten.
