Today’s knowledge economy places great importance on innovation and creative work as the driving force of value production. Fostering dialogue that leads to new insights, allowing for the concentrated work of the creative process, and motivating personal engagement are primary concerns for many companies, and are reflected in how the work environment is shaped.
