Sara�a patterns, repeated flower designs, are said to have originated in India. They have, however, been made throughout Europe, the Orient and in the Far East. Shown in countless manifestations, in etchings, on models, and as full page flat surfaces, like large samples, the full variety, meaning and possibility attached to the fabric is presented here.
