Crooks Like Us takes an indepth look at 1920s Sydney’s densely populated and crime ridden suburbs such as Pyrmont, Surry Hills and Darlinghurst. Unlike the usual mug shot, those featured in Crooks Like Us are less formal, with the accused criminals posing and smiling, revealing the character of the subjects.
